서비스 이용
Vida는 개인 메모와 음성 기록을 모아 일기로 정리하고 돌아보는 앱입니다. 사용자는 자신이 입력하거나 첨부한 콘텐츠에 대한 권리를 유지하며, 적법하게 사용할 수 있는 내용만 기록해야 합니다.
AI 기능
AI 기능에는 인터넷과 별도 동의가 필요합니다. AI는 부정확하거나 적절하지 않은 결과를 만들 수 있으므로 사용자가 내용을 확인하고 수정해야 합니다. 상담, 의료·법률·재정 전문 조언을 제공하지 않습니다. 직접 AI 정리는 하루에 한 번 제공되며, 정리 후 추가한 메모는 다음 날 일기에 반영될 수 있습니다. 오용 방지와 서비스 안정성을 위한 추가 요청 제한이 있을 수 있습니다.
금지 행위
서비스를 공격하거나 자동화된 대량 요청으로 악용하는 행위, 타인의 권리를 침해하거나 불법 콘텐츠를 유통하는 행위는 허용하지 않습니다.
기록 보관
기록은 기기에 저장하며 Vida 자체 클라우드 동기화는 제공하지 않습니다. 앱 삭제나 기기 분실 전에 필요한 기록을 보관해 주세요. 운영체제 백업을 통한 복원을 보장하지 않습니다.
이용 변경과 문의
서비스 기능과 이용 조건이 변경될 수 있습니다. AI 기능은 첫 일기 정리 성공부터120시간 무료입니다. 이후 월 구독을 직접 구매해야 하며 무료기간 종료만으로 결제하지 않습니다. 출시 가격은 월4,900원(미국$3.99)입니다. 정상가격은 월9,900원(미국$7.99)으로 변경 예정이며 기존 가입자도 대상입니다. 전환일은 미정이고 Apple의 고지·동의 절차를 따릅니다. 구독은 해지 전까지 자동 갱신되며 기기의 Apple 구독 설정에서 관리할 수 있습니다. 앱 삭제나 기록 삭제는 구독 해지가 아닙니다. 기존 기록 열람과 메모 작성은 구독 없이 가능합니다. 이 약관은 관련 법률에 따른 이용자의 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.

Terms of Use

Vida is a personal journaling app. You retain rights to the content you provide and are responsible for having permission to use it. AI features require your permission and an internet connection. AI may be inaccurate; review and edit its output. Vida does not provide professional counseling, medical, legal, or financial advice.
Manual AI organization is available once per journal day. Notes added afterward may be reflected in the journal the next day. Additional request limits may protect service reliability and prevent abuse. Do not attack, automate abusive traffic to, or misuse the service, or infringe others' rights.
Journal content is stored locally without Vida-operated cloud sync. Preserve important content before deleting the app or changing devices; operating-system backup recovery is not guaranteed. Features and terms may change. AI access is free for 120 hours after the first completed journal organization. This does not create a subscription or charge automatically. Continued AI access requires a monthly subscription purchased through Apple: launch price KRW 4,900 or USD 3.99/month. The planned standard price is KRW 9,900 or USD 7.99/month for new and existing subscribers; no change date is set. Apple notice and consent rules apply. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in Apple subscription settings. Deleting the app or journal does not cancel a subscription. Local notes and saved entries remain accessible without a subscription. These terms do not limit rights granted by applicable law.
